NOTES TO MEMBERS
a) Members’ Verification
For admission to the Meeting and verification purpose, member is required to present your HKID card (or Passport, if HKID card is not available) for verification purpose before joining the AGM.
b) Arrangement in Case of Typhoon and Black Rainstorm Warning in Force
The CSAA AGM 2024 would be postponed in case of Typhoon Signal No. 8 (or higher), or Black Rainstorm Signal is in force at any time from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on 29 November 2024. An email would be sent to members as soon as possible advising the rescheduled date, time and venue of the CSAA AGM 2024. Announcement of AGM arrangement would also be published on the CSAA website.
