Our Vice President (Policy Affairs), Mr. Philip Tsang had the pleasure of being in attendance and shared some key highlights:

The keynote speaker, Mr. Eric Gnock Fah, Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder of Klook, delivered an inspiring talk on the benefits of travel and its potential to revitalize both tourists and travel destinations. Eric shared his belief that Hong Kong will see an increase in travellers in the coming year, emphasizing the importance of offering high-quality and unforgettable experiences to attract and retain visitors.

Mr. Bernard Chan, Chairman of Our Hong Kong Foundation, highlighted the significance of cultural and sporting events in enhancing tourism growth and extending visitor stays. He emphasized that this year's upcoming events will play a crucial role in revitalizing Hong Kong's tourism sector.

Ms. Vivian Sum, Commissioner for Tourism, Tourism Commission of HKSAR Government, delivered a speech on sustainable tourism development. She emphasized the need to balance environmental, economic, and socio-cultural aspects to ensure the long-term sustainability of tourism. Ms. Sum praised Hong Kong's tourism industry for its incorporation of sustainable development components and its unique fusion of Eastern and Western cultures.
