Dear Members,
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Cyberport Startup Alumni Association (CSAA) will be held as follows:
Date: 19 December 2025, Friday
Time: 3:30pm to 4:00pm (registration starts from 3pm)
Venue: Oval Room, Smart-Space Fintech 1, Core E, L6, Cyberport 3, 100 Cyberport Road.
Agenda
- Presentation and confirmation of minutes of the previous General Meeting;
- Statements and Report by the Co-Presidents;
- Questions from members, if any;
- Reports from Executive Committee and subcommittees, if any;
- Extend the duration of Executive Committee from 31 December 2025 to 31 March 2026;
- Any Other Business

Please register your attendance at below link no later than 3:30pm on 17 December 2025.
Networking session
After the AGM, there will be a networking session.
Time: 4:00pm to 5:00pm
Venue: Oval Room, Smart-Space Fintech 1, Core E, L6, Cyberport 3, 100 Cyberport Road.
NOTES TO MEMBERS
a) Members’ Verification
For admission to the Meeting and verification purpose, member is required to present a copy of a valid Company Business Registration and an Identification Document (such as HKID) for verification purpose before joining the AGM.
The CSAA AGM 2025 would be postponed in case of Typhoon Signal No. 8 (or higher), or Black Rainstorm Signal is in force at any time from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on 19 December 2025. An email would be sent to members as soon as possible advising the rescheduled date, time and venue. Announcement of AGM arrangement would also be published on the https://www.csaa.com.hk/blog/annual-general-meeting-2025.
